The Sonoma County IHSS Public Authority is committed to providing training opportunities for IHSS caregivers and consumers. The Public Authority's primary training program for the IHSS caregivers involves contracting with the American Red Cross to conduct training classes. Topics for each course are determined by the Public Authority through input by the IHSS Advisory Committee and the caregivers' Union. Classes for the current year are listed below.
